- At their arrival in CASA
FRANCESCANA, the group leaders must have the typed list(
name, surname name, place and date of birth) of each member of
the group.
- The families or single
people must show they Identity card.
- The group leader must
send the disposition of the rooms at least 20 days before
the arrival of the group.
- Necessary condition to be
accepted as our guest is to have the membership card of
Italian Social Tourist Center (CITIS), Ist possible to buy
it at the arrival during check in, price € 3.00/head.

- To confirm your rooms
reservation, guests are asked to send and account
of 10% of total price , about 45 days before the arrival
date.
- For groups: the use of the Conference room is not included
in the cost.
